Some additional rules in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible:

Check-in time is starting at 4 pm. Check-out until 12 am. |

Please do not disturb other guests during 11pm – 7pm. |

Guests using our facilities and equipment are responsible for leaving it in good shape after their stay |

We appreciate if you let us know your approximate time of arrival in advance. |
|
Please fill the registration form upon your arrival (Tourim Act §24). |
|
After filling the Form you will receive the key to your room/house. For lost key there is a fee of 20€. |
|
If you need your bed sheets to be changed or you need an extra room cleaning during your visit, the extra fee is: for bed sheets 10,00 €, for cleaning the holiday house 35,00 €, the big or smaller guest room in the main building 25,00 €. |

Kindly leave your car on the designed parking place after deloading it. |

Unfortunately we cannot welcome any pets. |
|
Smoking is allowed only in outside areas marked with a special sign. Never throw the cigarrett on the ground! Use the ash tray. |
|
The guests lodging in the holiday house are requested to leave their waste bags well sealed on the terrace when leaving or during the stay. |
|
Should an accident happen and something gets broken, please tell us immediately, so we can easily regulateand possibly replace the damage on the spot. |
|
Please keep waste of metall, glass and deposit bottles separate from the houshold waste. |
|
We reserve the right to ask for a deposit prior to using a service. |
